The regulations of Agriturismo have been drawn up to guarantee an orderly, serene and peaceful use of the hospitality structure.
The General Booking Conditions form an integral and substantial part of the relationship that is established between the interested parties once the request to stay at the structure has been accepted.
BOOKING
Booking and cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Booking directly through the internet site requires payment for the entire stay using a credit card excluding the tourist tax, of 1 euro per person (over 14 years) per day which must be paid for in cash when checking out. Booking via e-mail requires a deposit of 50% at the time of reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Exept by some promotion where other policy is different and clearly accepted, cancellation is free up to fifteen days before the check-in date and the entire amount paid will be refunded. From the fourteenth day up to 24 hours before check-in the entire cost of the first night’s stay will be deducted and the residual amount will be refunded. For no shows or late cancellation – less than 24 hours before check-in – the entire amount of the booked stay will be charged. Non-refundable bookings will never be refunded in any case.
PRICES
The indicated prices are intended to mean per night, per room, for a minimum period of two nights including breakfast. For stays of only one night a surcharge of 10 euro will be applied. For stays of five or more days a discount of 10% will be applied. Children up to two years stay free of charge. The cost of the room includes cleaning, a change of towels every two days and a change of sheets every four days. Daily cleaning is available on request at a surcharge of 10 euro per day. The tourist tax of 1 euro per person (over 14 years) per day should be added to the prices indicated. The amount must be paid on site.
MAXIMUM ROOM OCCUPANCY AND THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CHILDREN/BABIES
A maximum of 2 adults may stay in the double end twin rooms. A maximum of three adults or 2 adults and one child may stay in the triple rooms. A crib for babies is also available for this room.
CHECK-IN / OUT
Check-in is from 15:00 and closes at 19:30. Different times maybe agreed upon when booking. We would ask you to call us before you arrive to let us know your precise arrival time. Check-out is before 11:00. For late check-out before 15:00 a 50% daily surcharge will be added. For late check-out after 15:00 an entire day’s cost will be added. If you need to leave early, we reserve the right to charge the amount of the booked rooms up until the original booked date. You must bring valid ID cards with you (identity card – passport – driving licence). Documents will be required for all persons accessing the hospitality structure including minors (babies and/or children).
KEYS
At arrival the guest receive the room keys and a RFID key, they have to be give back at check-out. In case of loss or non-return of the keys, there is a penalty of € 50.00 fully charged to the guest.
BABY CRIB
In the double and triple room it is possible to add a crib, as long as you requested it when booking.
PARKING
The hospitality structure offers a free under video surveillance not covered parking.
BREAKFAST
A sweet and savoury buffet breakfast is normally served in the breakfast room on the ground floor of the main building from 8:30 to 10:30 Different times may be agreed upon at the moment of booking. Please let us know if you have any particular requirements or suffer from particular allergies or intolerances. We would be pleased to offer you alternative products.
CLEANING
The cost of the room includes cleaning, a change of towels every two days and a change of sheets every four days. Daily cleaning is available on request at a surcharge of 10 euro per day. Cleaning of the rooms and common areas is carried out with the maximum care and attention in order to give the guest a feeling of exclusivity as if he or she were the very first person to stay here.
MINI-BAR
Everything in the room and mini-bar at check-in, is included in the cost of the room. Refills whether water, juices or wine during your stay will be charged for.
VARIOUS
Smoking is forbidden in all rooms, in the Spa and in all zones within the hospitality structure. You may smoke in the garden using the specific ashtrays.
Guests will be held responsible for any eventual loss or damage to the rooms or property caused by themselves, their friends or acquaintances. The management cannot be held responsible for the guest’s personal and valuable items such as money, jewellery or any other such objects left unattended in the rooms. Access to the hospitality structure is forbidden to all persons not specifically authorised by the management.
It is not allowed to bring bicycles or other means of transport into the rooms.
Access to the rooms is not allowed to people other than those registered. The agriturismo is secured by video surveillance, to guarantee relax in total safety.
REGULATIONS FOR THE SPA
Entry to the SPA is exclusively reserved to guests staying at the agriturismo. Before entering the SPA please read the rules carefully. Once entered in the garden automatically you declare to accept it and have the full responsibility.
RESPONSIBILTY
Guests will be held responsible for any eventual loss or damage to the rooms or property caused by themselves, their pets, friends or acquaintances. The management cannot be held responsible for the guest’s personal and valuable items such as money, jewellery or any other such objects left unattended in the rooms.
APARTMENT STAY
Guests are recommended to immediately report any inconsistency or shortage found, in order to allow the management to promptly provide any replacement/repairing required.
Free Wi-Fi service is available upon entering access credentials on the arrival.
Guests must always use all apartment’s furniture and appliances in the appropriate way.
It is not allowed to move apartments’ equipments and forniture outdoors.
Out of respect and decorum of the common areas, it is not allowed to keep slippers and toys on the stairs, outside the door or in any other of the common areas.
In the event of any damage to the equipments or to the forniture which is not due to normal wear, the corresponding cost shall be charged to the guests and shall be deducted from the deposit. If the refund cost is higher than the deposit amount, a supplement shall be required.
Smoking within the apartments is strictly prohibited.
HOUSEHOLD WASTE
Separate waste collection is mandatory. Guests must dispose of household waste in the recycling bins.
NOISE
In order to guarantee a pleasant stay to everyone, guests are requested to avoid annoying noises in respect of quiet and resting times, both inside and outside the apartments, during the following hours:

Car
You can park your the car in our videosurveilled and private parking here.
Bikes
A securized and private parking for bikes are availabile in the agriturismo, ask to us at your arrival and we will take care of your bikes.
Please DO NOT bring bikes, scooter, skateboard in the rooms. The customer shall be liable for any damage linked.
RULES AND ACCESS REGULATION
- It is strictly forbidden to leave the swimming pool and enter the agriturismo in a swimwear and in any case bare-chested.
- Visitors must behave properly and politely among themselves and with the service staff; they are therefore invited to turn down the volume of mobile phone ring tones, radio and sound devices in general and to speak in tones appropriate to their surroundings. Please don’t shout.
- Topless bathing is forbidden; it is also compulsory to wear a swimwear to access the pools and to use flipflop, which must be stored neatly.
- It is compulsory to deposit waste in the appropriate bin. Please do the separate collection.
- Water is precious, so please avoid its indiscriminate use in showers and taps.
- It is strictly forbidden to climb over gates and fences; to access the pool you must go through the footbath and to enter please take a shower.
- The utmost care and diligence are recommended when using the mobile furniture available and please report any equipment problems to the staff.
- Visitors are requested to watch over their personal belongings, as the Direction is not liable for any theft or loss.
- It is absolutely forbidden to use the swimming pool outside opening hours; the facility declines all responsibility for any accidents that may occur to people or animals.
- Entrance to the swimming pool is reserved for guests of the Agriturismo.
- It is forbidden for children and young people under 18 years of age to enter the pool unless accompanied by an adult person.
- It is forbidden to enter the water in the presence of wounds, abrasions, warts, and plasters; it is strictly forbidden to spit, blow one’s nose, urinate in the water and to bathe with undergarments worn under the swimming costume.
- Smoking in the garden is strictly forbidden.
- It’s forbidden to dive into the water with a run-up and/or push people into the water.
- It’s forbidden to bring into the water any object that is not made available by the Direction; it’s forbidden to play with balls of any kind.
- It’s forbidden to bring animals into the swimming pool; guests are requested to keep them on a leash. Any animal needs must be collected and thrown in the rubbish bins.
- Please do not enter the pool less than three hours after eating a meal.
- Swimming pool attendants can use the changing room and marked toilets.
- For medical emergencies, it is recommended to call the emergency number 112.
TRANSGRESSION OF AT LEAST ONE OF THE ABOVE RULES WILL IMMEDIATELY IMPLY EXPULSION.
Swimwear is only allowed in the pool area. Outside these areas, please wear appropriate and proper clothing.

Data processed and Purpose of processing
The personal data processed are images of people within the range of the cameras. These images are processed exclusively to protect the company’s assets and the safety of persons, constituting a means of prevention with respect to the commission of unlawful acts and, possibly, a means of assisting the Police and/or Judicial Authorities in identifying those responsible for such acts.
Images of workers may not, under any circumstances, be used to contest charges of a disciplinary nature.
Legal basis of the processing
Pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, the legal basis of the processing is constituted by the LEGITIMATE INTEREST of the Data Controller aimed at pursuing the purposes set out above.
Processing methods and Data Retention Period
The processing is carried out with the use of electronic instruments.
The data is stored on computer for 3 days (72 h) or for as long as strictly necessary due to holidays and company closures; at the end of the storage period the images will be automatically deleted from the system.
Compulsory/voluntary nature of data provision
Signs have been put up indicating the presence of the cameras before their range: you may decide not to enter the range of the cameras, but if you do enter it, the provision of data (i.e. your image taken by the cameras) is compulsory.
Data communication
The data may be processed by duly trained and instructed in-house personnel (authorised to process the data pursuant to Article 29 of the GDPR or Article 2 quaterdecies of Legislative Decree 101/2018) as well as by third parties, appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR or System Administrators pursuant to the provision of the Garante of 27.11.2008. the updated list of Data Processors and persons
