It is possible to check-in after 14:00. Tell us your arrival time, if you plan to arrive earlier we will do our best to make the room available for you at the time of your arrival.

Check-out must be done before 10:30. If you plan to check out later please keep us updated, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

The reception is available from 8:30 to 17:30.

5. Is the SPA open all year?
The SPA is closed in the winter period and in case of need for extraordinary maintenance.
6. Are the rooms wheelchair accessible?
The main and secondary structure are historic buildings dating back to the 19th century. For this reason, only the Fontana suite on the ground floor is wheelchair accessible.
7. Are shampoo, soap, tea and coffee available in every room?
In every room shampoo and soap are at your disposal. You will find a mini fridge, safe and glasses. In the suites you will find at your disposal an espresso coffee machine, teapots, cups and tea. However, guests staying in the rooms have these services available in the lounge.
8. Is there a hairdryer available?
All rooms are equipped with a hairdryer with safety switch.
9. How much is the tourist tax?
The tourist tax is €1.00 and it have to be paid directly at check-out.
